Warranty



All BE products come with a Comprehensive warranty on
primary parts such as engines, pumps, and products.

BE Pressure Inc. (operating as BE Power Equipment) warrants that each new product will be free of any manufacturer defects in workmanship frames. See below for details specific to your BE product for the set warranty period of the product. Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred.

This warranty does not cover normal wear items, including but not limited to: seals, packings, valves, o-rings, spark plugs etc. Warranty does not include normal maintenance like oil changes, filters or valve adjustments. Nor does it include misuse of product. Warranty approval is at the sole discretion of BE Pressure Inc.

In no event shall BE Pressure Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of this warranty. BE Pressure Inc. disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, after the applicable term of this warranty.


Shipping Claims

  1. Freight Damage – is defined by product arriving with observable damage to package and/or product.
    1. Freight Damages MUST be reported with 48 hours of receipt
    2. Damaged packaging must be photographed immediately for records
    3. If freight company is arranged by dealer, then it is incumbent on them to contact their own freight company and file a claim directly with them.
    4. If freight was arranged by BE Pressure Inc, then contact BE Pressure Inc pressure supply with the following information (regardless of receipt or refusal of shipment)
      1. Purchase Order of product
      2. Pictures of damage
      3. List of products effects
        1. Model Number of Product
        2. Serial Number of Product
  2. BE Pressure Inc. will advise on course of action to remedy situation.

  3. Hidden Damage - is defined by product arriving and the package having no visible signs of damage.
    1. Hidden damage MUST be reported within 48 hours of noticing the damage.
    2. Hidden damage claims cannot be reported on items received more than 6 months prior.
    3. When hidden damage is discovered, contact BE Pressure Inc. with the following information.
      1. Purchase Order of product
      2. Pictures of damage
      3. Model number of product
      4. Serial Number of Product
  4. BE Pressure Inc. will advise on course of action to remedy situation.



MISSING PART CLAIMS

  1. Items missing from Purchase Order MUST be reported within 48 hours when noticed missing.
    1. When missing products are noticed, contact BE Pressure Inc. with the following information
      1. Purchase Order of product
      2. Model number of products that are believed to be missing from shipment
  2. BE Pressure Inc, will advise on course of action to remedy situation.

  3. Items missing from inside box of product
    1. When missing products are noticed, contact BE Pressure Inc with the following information
      1. Purchase Order of product
      2. Model and Serial number of products
      3. Items missing from package
  4. BE Pressure Inc. will advise on course of action to remedy situation.



Warranty Claim Submission Procedure

When there is a perceived fault with a product please provide the following information to BE Pressure Inc. via the online warranty claim form.

  1. Dealer Information (Contact name and number)
  2. Product Model Number and Serial Number
  3. Hour reading (or approximate operating hours if machine does not have an hour meter)
  4. Electronic Copy of Customer Invoice
  5. Explanation of defect or how it is malfunctioning
  6. Dealer Information (Contact name and number)
    1. Troubleshooting steps already taken
  7. Pictures of product including
    1. Picture of whole unit showing condition
    2. Picture of serial number
    3. Close up picture of problem area (leaking oil, water, broken part, etc)


Return Shipping for Warranty Consideration

Applies when shipping a product to determine if it is applicable for warranty

  1. Return authorization MUST be acquired prior to sending product back
  2. Any item returned without authorization will not be received
  3. Shipping is paid and arranged by sender
  4. All items that are deemed not warrantable will be subject to a $30 inspection fee
  5. If item is warrantable, inspection fee will be waived
  6. If item is warrantable, BE Pressure Inc. will repair, credit, or replace at their expense
  7. If item is not warrantable, customer will be notified and given the following options:
    1. Abandon item ($30 inspection fee still applies)
    2. Item can be fixed and returned at customers expense (quote provided by BE)
    3. Item can be sent back as is at customers expense


Return for Credit

Only applies to new items still in original packaging.

  1. Return authorization MUST be acquired prior to sending back product
  2. Any item returned without authorization will not receive credit
  3. Shipping is paid and arranged by sender
  4. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  5. Any items returned in used condition will not be credited.

**Custom ordered and built products cannot be returned. No exceptions.**

  • Baldor Motors – 2 Years for manufacturer defects **Must contact Baldor for warranty**
  • Powerease engines and motors – 2 Years for manufacturer defects or 1000 hours, whichever comes first

  • Pumps: Axial – 1 Year, Triplex – 5 year**
    Coil: (Hot Water Pressure Washer) – 3 Years
    Burner: (Hot Water Pressure Washer) – 3 Years
    Accessories: (eg hose reels, hose, gun, wand, tip, injector, couplers, unloaders, wheels etc.) 90 Days


    Generators

    Frame: lifetime
    Engines:
  • Honda GX – 3 Years **Must contact local Honda Power Equipment for warranty**
  • Powerease engines – 2 Years or 1000 hours, whichever comes first

  • Alternator/Control Panel: 1 Year for manufacturer defects


    Water, Chemical, Trash Pumps

  • Powerease Engines – 2 Years or 1000 hours, whichever comes first
  • Pump Body: 2 Years for manufacturer defects
    Submersible Pumps: 1 Year for manufacturer defects

    Tanks: 2 Years
