Your Dealer Account
If you wish to purchase any product available through BEPOWEREQUIPMENT.COM, you will be asked to supply information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your:
- Business Name, Address, and Contact Information (phone number, contact name, etc.).
- Billing and Shipping Address.
- Any other requested information.
If you do not provide this information, you will still be able to access our website, view product info, and access downloadable files, but you will not be allowed to see pricing and purchase products online. Once this information has been provided, we will provide you with an authorization code to complete the activation of your account.
You are solely responsible for protecting your user name and password.
Shipping
For each order, you will be asked to provide your preferred shipping method. From here, our sales team will obtain a quote for shipping and contact you for approval on the charges. During this time, they may also be able to provide an ETA for your order. Orders over $5,000 receive 50% off shipping charges. Orders over $10,000 receive free shipping.
If you wish to open a shipping claim for freight damage or hidden damage, it must be done within 48 hours of the product’s arrival. Failure to do so will result in the claim being rejected. If freight is arranged by the dealer, then the onus rests with them to file a shipping claim with the carrier. If freight is arranged by BE Pressure Inc, then we will open a shipping claim upon receiving the following information from you:
- Purchase Order # of product
- Pictures of damage
- List of affected products
- Model number of product
- Serial number of product
Confidentiality
Any information you provide to us will remain safe and confidential. We use SSL Technology on our site to ensure that all information entered remains private and secure. For more information on the data we collect, please read our privacy policy.
You are not to disclose any confidential information to other dealers or customers. This includes pricing, stock levels, or any information pertaining to our product lineup. Disclosing any of this information may result in the deletion of your dealer account.
Orders and Payments
Unless otherwise stated, you are expected to provide payment for your order within the period defined in your terms. BE Pressure Inc. will provide you with an invoice upon completion of your order that lays out all costs (including shipping, if applicable). Failure to provide payment on time will result in a hold on your account until payment is made. Further delay of payment will eventually result in warnings and potential legal action.
Product Information
Please note that all pictures shown on our website are for illustration purposes only and actual products may vary due to photo enhancements. The final product received being different from the product image on our website is not a valid reason for a warranty claim or missing parts claim.
In addition, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is complete and error-free. Any error in descriptions and downloadable files is not just cause for a warranty claim or missing parts claim. Your acceptance to these terms acknowledges the aforementioned statements.
Return for Credit
This section only applies to new items in original packaging. Items may only be returned to BE Pressure Inc. for credit. Return authorization MUST be acquired prior to sending the item back. Any item returned without authorization will not receive a credit. Shipping is arranged and paid for by the sender. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any items returned in used condition will not be credited. Custom-ordered and custom-built products cannot be returned. No exceptions.
Product Registration
- 1. Kohler and Powerease engine warranties will be extended from the standard 2 years to 5 years. This extended warranty only applies to the engine and is not applicable to any other components such as pumps, electronics, accessories, etc.
- 2. Registration of your product will give you priority customer support because your product’s information is stored in our warranty database. This will expediate any technical support that you may need.
- 3. As a registered participant, you are automatically entered into all exclusive BE Power Equipment promotions for those who have registered their product. You will also have the option to be notified of any other promotions or offers by BE Power Equipment.
- 4. Registering your product is a voluntary act to get access to more benefits as described above. Registration is not required to have the basic warranty for your product.
- 5. All warranty regulations, limitations, and durations can be viewed on our warranty page.
Terms and Conditions for Surveys and Promotions
By registering your product on our website, you agree to receive occasional surveys and promotional emails from BE Power Equipment to the email address you provided during registration. These surveys and promotions may include special offers, discounts, and other promotional content.
You have the right to unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process your unsubscribe request.
We value your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information with third-party companies for marketing purposes. However, we may share your information with our trusted partners to help us deliver our surveys and promotional campaigns.
